Cancellation Policy
Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy Booking & Deposits • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. • Dates are not reserved without a paid retainer. Cancellations • Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances. • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may receive a one-time reschedule credit (valid for 90 days, subject to availability). • Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit all payments made. Weather & Wind Policy Blissful Oasis Glamping & Tents carefully monitors weather conditions to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of each styled experience. Severe Weather In the event of severe weather conditions—including heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat, or unsafe temperatures—we will offer a one-time complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. Wind Restrictions For the safety of our décor and to preserve the quality of your experience, excessive wind conditions may require modifications or rescheduling. • Sustained winds of 15 mph or higher, or • Wind gusts exceeding 20 mph may result in: • Removal or modification of balloon garlands, lightweight décor, signage, candles, or backdrops • Substitution with wind-safe décor options or • A one-time reschedule at our discretion if décor integrity cannot be maintained Important Notes • Wind-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of Blissful Oasis Glamping & Tents to protect décor, inventory, and guest safety. • Light breezes or mild wind do not qualify for cancellation or refunds. • If a client chooses to proceed despite wind-related décor limitations, no refunds or discounts will be issued. Client-Initiated Cancellations Weather concerns that do not meet the criteria above do not qualify for cancellation or refund. All retainers remain non-refundable. Damage Policy • Client is responsible for any lost, damaged, or excessively soiled items. • Repair or replacement fees may apply. * Outdoor luxury experiences are weather-dependent, and certain décor elements may be adjusted to ensure safety and presentation quality.
